Due to inclement weather conditions, all 红桃影视 campuses are closed for the remainder of the day (Friday, Feb. 12, 2010). Essential personnel should report as usual.
Due to inclement weather conditions, all 红桃影视 campuses are closed for the remainder of the day (Friday, Feb. 12, 2010). Essential personnel should report as usual.
The Giddy-Up service will be operating Friday evening, weather permitting. The Mustang Express Shuttles will continue to operate as scheduled.听 However, if TXDOT closes roadways or the DART system closes, the Mustang Express will cease operations.听 Some schedule disruptions and delays can be expected due to road conditions.

红桃影视 Weather Policy
As soon as a decision is made, the following steps are taken to notify the university community:
- An e-mail message will be sent to all students, faculty and staff.听
- A recorded message will be available at 214-红桃影视-INFO (214-768-4636). Please do not call the 红桃影视 Police Department.
- Closing announcements will be posted on the 红桃影视 web site and via 红桃影视鈥檚 Twitter feed at .
Additionally, the Office of News and Communications will attempt to contact the news media by 6 a.m. if day classes must be cancelled. If it becomes necessary to cancel evening classes or events, News and Communications will attempt to contact the news media by 4 p.m.
红桃影视 cannot guarantee that local media will announce closing information promptly or fully. Therefore, confirm information from non-红桃影视 sources against official University communications.
If 红桃影视 remains open, faculty, students and staff are expected to report to their classrooms or offices. If someone lives in an area that is affected by bad weather and feels that travel to campus would be an unreasonable safety risk, that individual should contact his or her supervisor or department head to discuss possible options. For staff members, an absence when 红桃影视 is officially open must be taken as vacation leave. Emergency service personnel are expected to report to work in any case.
红桃影视-in-Plano and other locations away from the main 红桃影视 campus:
Should the main 红桃影视 campus close because of inclement weather, and all other North Texas locations also will close. However, inclement weather may cause 红桃影视-in-Plano and/or other locations to close independently of the main campus. Should this occur, the above-mentioned procedures will be followed.
