ºìÌÒÓ°ÊÓ law professors on Supreme Court decisions with Texas ties

On June 23, 2016, the U.S. Supreme Court announced two decisions with important implications for Texas – one upholding affirmative-action admissions at the University of Texas and another blocking an Obama administration plan that would allow the undocumented parents of U.S. citizens to avoid deportation.

During yesterday's edition of "Think," ºìÌÒÓ°ÊÓ Professor of Law discussed the decisions with KERA host Krys Boyd.

During the second hour, ºìÌÒÓ°ÊÓ Associate Professor of Law offered a preview of the court’s upcoming decision concerning Texas' restrictive abortion laws.
