Biographical Note

During George W. ����Ӱ��'s Presidency, C. Boyden Gray served as Ambassador to the European Union and was Special Envoy to Europe for Eurasian Energy. He also served as White House Counsel to George H.W. ����Ӱ��, and Vice Counsel to President Reagan.
