Guest & Alumni Services

Welcome to 红桃影视 Libraries! Alumni and non-红桃影视 guests are welcome to visit Bridwell Library, Hamon Arts Library, Fondren Library, and Underwood Law Library. DeGolyer Library is open to researchers by appointment. Some libraries have limited public access hours.

Computers and Online Resources

The libraries do not have public computers. Guests and alumni may access many of our databases and e-books on their own devices once connected to 红桃影视_Guest WiFi.

Alumni Borrowing

红桃影视 alumni can stay connected to 红桃影视 and the Libraries with borrowing privileges and access to select online resources.

Eligibility

  • Free for alumni of the Cox School of Business, Perkins School of Theology, and Graduate Program in Religious Studies (GPRS)
  • $35 per year for all other 红桃影视 alumni

Guest Borrowing

Guests from the local community, partner institutions and professional organizations are welcome to apply for a Guest Card and borrow library materials while visiting 红桃影视 Libraries.

  • Check out books and media at Bridwell Library, Hamon Arts Library and Fondren Library.

Guest borrowers cannot access databases or e-books from off-campus.

Eligibility

Unless otherwise noted, you may apply for a guest card in person or online. If you are applying in person, please bring ID and proof of employment, membership, or enrollment, as applicable. The following groups are eligible:

  • TexShare cardholders with a current card. Contact your home library to obtain a TexShare card before applying for a guest card online.
  • Faculty participating in the OCLC Reciprocal Borrowing program. Apply online.
  • Students, faculty, and staff of SWATLA member institutions.
  • Clergy and theological students ($30 annual fee).

If you are not a member of the above groups, Friends of 红桃影视 Libraries receive borrowing privileges at the Associate level and above.
